TAYLOR STITCH

At Taylor Stitch I created a marketing playbook to execute multi-touch e-commerce and performance/growth marketing programs, while also maintaining an aggressive content machine responsible for weekly product launches. I spearheaded a brand reposition and cemented a succinct mission, vision, and values that galvanized the internal teams along with external partners. Working directly with the CEO/founder we created a general business strategy that will lead to differentiation, community engagement, and profitability on a path to $50 Million in yearly revenue. After joining the company in late 2016, Taylor Stitch saw growth of over 120% in part due to the marketing team and programs under my direction.

Responsibly Built for the Long Haul

Under my charge, the brand transitioned from a locally made shirting company to a responsible menswear company that prides itself in creating products that are ‘Responsibly Built for the Long Haul’ from fabric to fabrication.

Collaboration with Alta Motorcycles

“We take pride in the fact that we’re able to create products at the highest level and that we’ve built a company on a lasting foundation to support future generations. But when we see a company come along and entirely upend an industry it reminds us—and inspires us—not to get too comfortable, to continue to push ourselves into the future and ultimately to challenge the status quo.”

Community Content Feature

“A leather jacket is nothing short of an investment. For our brand and for the garments we take pride in producing, we think about such an investment in terms of cost per wear. The more you wear it and the longer it lasts, the lower the cost per wear—and the more handsome the investment made. With the Presidio Jacket, we set out to offer a leather jacket that, one, is built for the long haul and constructed to hold up for decades to come and, two, can be worn easily and styled to fit into nearly any occasion.”

I made some friends and collaborated on some great content along the way. A highlight was working with the very talented Trevor Gordon and Ian Durkin to make this stunning piece of branded content.

Product Marketing: The Triblend Tees

“We founded Taylor Stitch ten years ago with the promise of better-fitting shirts constructed from fabrics that last—the same holds true for our Tees. However, this wasn’t enough for our product team. They didn’t want to just make a better Tee; they wanted to make the World’s Best Tee. Introducing our Triblend Tees, the best we’ve ever tried on. Not to mention, they’re 100% environmentally kind.”
